Lungholm Estate's manor house about 1870 - when it was
in the possession of the Baronial Bertouch-Lehn family.
The mansion was built in gothic style with crow-stepped
gables that was often used as an architectural feature
when constructing Danish churches in the past. |

Danish Prime Minister Christian Ditlev Reventlow was one
of the prominent owners of Lungholm Estate from 1750 to
1759 and was also the firm politician - who conducted
agricultural reforms and one of the major players - when
the abolition of adscription took place in 1788. |
