1-nt 2 ppl. The clients will be sailing on Aug, 30th
on the Royal Princess Ship. Which Pier does Princess
Sail from? I need a nice hotel that has a shuttle from
the airport to hotel, and then from the hotel to pier.
Is this possible? I don't need any tours. (Maybe transfers
if hotel doesn't offer one)
My clients are in their early 70's. So I would like
a mid to upper scale hotel, that is close to pier, or
airport, or other location, depending on what you may

I have six clients (three couples) flying into Copenhagen
on June XX. (I will have to send you the airline and
time of arrival a little later). They want a van transfer
from the airport to the SAS Radisson just across from
Tivoli. On June XX. they would like to be picked up
with a van and driver/guide for a comprehensive tour
of Copenhagen departing at 9:00 A.M. Make a stop for
lunch at a neat place and be dropped off at the pier
for embarkation aboard the Emerald Princess after 2:00
P.M. say around 3:00 P.M. Then on June XX. they arrive
in Aarhus via the Emerald at 12:00 P.M. and they would
be ready to meet the driver/guide at 12:30 P.M. for
a comprehensive tour of Aarhus returning to the ship
by 6:00 P.M. since it sails again at 7:00 P.M. Can you
help us?
They
would need a van for transfers and touring that would
accommodate six passengers and luggage on arrival Copenhagen
and on the tour on June XX. The tour in Aarhus would
be van only since they would be coming off the ship
and back to the ship. No luggage. The estimate of budget
is just a guess. They are high end clients!
