Copenhagen Jazz Festival is an annual Jazz event held in Copenhagen
since 1979 and the present event comprised
almost 850 concerts with over 250,000
exciting people from all over the world attending 10
fantastic jazzy days and a programme with international
performers offering daily shows that takes place all over town
at open air concerts – to shopping malls – as well
as green park areas – big concert halls – cozy jazz
clubs – intimate restaurants – coffee hops –
historical venues an so on. Many famous superstars has performed
at the Copenhagen Jazz Festival including Dizzy Gillespie
- Sonny Rollins - Oscar Peterson - Ray Charles - Niels-Henning
Ørsted Pedersen - Svend Asmussen - Herbie Hancock - Ray
